BelloCell -500 Cell Culture Bottle. BelloCell-500 was the first bottle available to the market, introducing theconcept of tidal flow for high-density cell culture. The simple design combines multiple functions of a mixer, oxygenator, and a large growing surface to achieve a high density of cells. The BelloCell-500 provides unlimited oxygen during culture with relatively gentle movement of the culture medium. Porous carriers are packed in the bottle that provides 15,600 cm surface area for cell growth. Its space and labor savings are the most notable features.
